FOOD SERVICE WORKER Job Overview:
Looking for an opportunity to be a team contributor in a community healthcare organization's kitchen? You would perform routine tasks related to the portioning and serving of food and clearning of tableware, equipment, or work areas. If you have a knack for fast paced work, ability to follow cleaning & trash handling techniques outlined, and are invested in maintaining professional and appropriate service standards, this role is for you!

FOOD SERVICE WORKER Job Duties:

• Assigned to perform a variety of tasks which may include but are not limited to food preparation, packaging, and deliveries
• Cleans and sanitizes any and all food servie areas as required by management and safety regulatory agencies
• Takes and records temp of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers
• Places food travys over food warmers for immediate service or stores them in refrigerated storage cabinets
• Weighs or measures ingredients
• Receives and stores food supplies, equipment, utensils in appropriate storage areas
• May handle cash depending on needs

FOOD SERVICE WORKER Qualifications:

• TOBACCO FREE WORKPLACE; tobacco use not permitted within sight distance off grounds
• 1-2 years experience required
• Food Service certification required. If you do not have, client will work with you to get it.
• LIft up to 50 pounds, stand for entire shift, push and pull weighted objects, & work in potentially hot or cold areas
