United Health Services is seeking candidates for Food Service Associates and Room Service Associates within our Food and Nutrition Department. These Food and Nutrition Services positions are located at our facilities in Johnson City, NY and Binghamton, NY. These positions are an excellent opportunity to work with one of the region’s leading employers and play a valuable role as part of our growing team. We have opportunities for various shifts and in different roles, including patient meal distribution, room service associates, and retail sales. Food and Nutrition Services Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of and effective follow-up on all services, equipment, and supplies
• Taking orders via an iPad and passing trays directly to patients
• Assisting the patient with questions and/or concerns and streamlining meal processes for the patient while ensuring a high level of customer service

Required Skills:

• Proven, reliable worker with excellent customer service skills
• A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
