Responsibilities include supervising Barrel & Bushel restaurant and staff.

F&B Supervisors must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including lunch/dinner shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Starting Rate: $19.50/hour

About The Hiring Process

• Ability to multi task during high levels of business
• Responsible for scheduling and managing overtime in all areas
• Responsible for maintaining beverage inventory on a daily/weekly basis
• Able to convey food and beverage knowledge to educate staff as well as be able to assist guests with questions and concerns regarding our menus
• Ability to design and comprehend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance to all food safety policies and procedures
• Oversee training of new employees
• Communicating with managers for smooth shift transitions
