The Boulders is actively looking for a dynamic F&B Assistant Manager for a world-renowned Hilton Curio Collection Resort. The property is well accredited Nationally and Internationally with tremendously successful and top-notch Food and Beverage outlets and services. Previous experience in the stated position is preferred.

The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting – 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12 million-year-old boulder formations. If that wasn't enough, our stylish restaurants offer captivating views from every turn and we are looking to expand our restaurant team. Job duties will entail an orderly flow of operations with exceptional guest service as the focal point. Managing and training the team. Following and implementing the company guidelines and procedures.

We are looking for new restaurant team members who:
  • Believe in fun, amazing service, and offering the best hospitality in Scottsdale.
  • Having a few years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment would be beneficial, but not required.
  • Want to help create a warm, comfortable, welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Have a positive outlook and an upbeat personality.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage the bar, restaurant, IRD, Pool, spa cafe, etc.
  • Manage daily beverage shift operations of a team.
  • Supervise the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.
  • Improve the POS system throughout the year to reduce stress on kitchen staff and increase their productivity.
  • Monitor quality control specifications, marketing, mass communications, quality assurance, and HACCP guidelines for the food and nutrition department.
  • Conduct daily inventory and payroll reviews.
  • Supervise orientation with new cocktail servers and bartenders.
  • Maintain accurate daily paperwork, including payroll and inventory.
  • Create an illustrated process, which promotes continuity for timely and accurate vendor ordering procedures for all management staff.
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring all FOH staff, service training, and preparing all new hire documents.
  • Create a training program for all FOH on knowledge of steps of service, wine, and culinary knowledge.
  • Conduct good standards for guests and emergency requests when necessary for the entire hotel.
  • Skilled in resolving customer concerns, consistently demonstrating professional communication skills, and ability to promote positive public relations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management. Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role.
