Desi Contemporary (eatatdesi.com) located in Campbell, CA is seeking an experienced full-time FOH Restaurant Manager.

Desi Contemporary is a modern-fast-casual restaurant featuring contemporary Indian street food with global influences.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality.You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player.

Position:

• FOH Restaurant Manager

Compensation:

• $60-65K salary
• Medical

Schedule requirements:

• 40 hours weekly

Language requirements:

• English is a must and Spanish is good to know

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous FOH experience in a similar role in a high-volume and upscale fast-casual restaurant
• Staff training & motivation
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Payroll
• Scheduling
• Managing 15-20 people
