Responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Perform carpet cleaning and hard floor care services.
• When required, assist in development and operation of mobile janitorial services.
• Train staff in the performance of carpet and hard floor services.
• Maintain company owned service equipment in a satisfactory state of operation.
• Repair and maintain inventory control and accountability of all assigned equipment.
• Maintain IICRC certification and other trade related qualifications.
• Operate company owned equipment and vehicles safely and in accordance with company policy
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the contract statement of work requirements as they pertain to carpet and floor care standards.
• Enhance customer relations.
• Evaluate service delivery and make changes as needed to ensure high quality results and customer
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in carpet and hard floor care cleaning procedures and maintenance (or the willingness to learn).
• Experience in commercial janitorial services and associated chemicals and equipment (or the willingness to learn).
• Ability to train employees on methods of accomplishing the work performance and quality standards.
• Have good customer service skills.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Effective oral and written communication skills and must speak fluent English.
