As a Flavor Creator responsibilities may include, but are not limited to...

- make coffee syrups

- creates and tests new ice cream flavors

- creates and tests new coffee flavor creations

- create and tests new cookie flavors

- pick up from suppliers

- inventory

-pay invoices

-make cold brew

-train all new hires

- assists Coffee Lead with day to day tasks

- learns retail and works retail when needed

- schedule required maintenance for espresso machine

- works with owners and coffee lead to execute new creations

- finds suppliers for new creations

- creates and makes homemade sauces, jams, and icings

- assists dough production manager with new cookie creations

Required Skills:
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude**
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
