FINISH LINE is hiring inside Macy's at Hawthorn Center Mall. We sell sneakers, such as NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA and NEW BALANCE. We do not sell apparel...only sneakers.

We are looking for a Supervisor, which is like a part-time Assistant Manager, who would join this management team and help us with visual merchandising, pricing the shoes, training the team and of course...helping customers find new sneakers.

This position offers 3 or 4 shifts per week, for 20-25 hours per week. Finish Line offers a career path towards becoming a full time Store Manager in just 6 months. This Supervisor position is the first step on that journey.

You must have 3 years of Retail Sales experience for this position and you must be at least 18 years old to work here. We are also looking for candidates who are fluent in a second language.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers find new sneakers. Provide great customer service and perform cashiering responsibilities.
• Help with visual merchandising and displays.
• Help price the shoes and help keep the stock room clean and organized.
• Help the Store Manager run the business, train the team and maintain operational excellence.
