Our core business is water, fire, and mold restoration. We work with commercial and residential remodeling and reconstruction. We are looking to hire an experienced lead carpenter/foreman who wants more out of their job than just a paycheck.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing abilities (i.e. change an outlet, install a sink faucet)
- Be able to install most types of tile on floors, shower walls, etc.
- Demolition
- Drywall
- Framing
- Finish carpentry
- Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and appliances
- Manage and direct other carpenters on the job site daily
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Reliable transportation to get you to and from work
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals
- Effective written and oral communication
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
- Work a 40 hour work week during normal business hours
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
- Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
