Overview:
Operating/Capital Budget
Position Summary:
Assists with budget, forecasting, and decision support processes for Conway Regional Health System. The incumbent works with the Accounting team in the management of a budget and forecasting system. The incumbent supports hospital leadership in analyzing and improving hospital operations. Serves in other Finance roles as needed to support the organization.

Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Accounting or B.B.A. with applicable experience
One to three years of progressive accounting experience in similar positions
CPA or CPA Exam qualified Preferred
Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
