We are currently hiring a Financial Client Service Associate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to opening brokerage, retirement, trust, and business accounts on the Charles Schwab platform, performing money movement requests for clients, problem solving for client’s financial service issues, answering phones, preparing meeting documents, greeting clients, administrative duties, scheduling client appointments, and general client service.

We do require previous experience in an office, along with skills in the Microsoft suite. Previous experience at a financial institution as a client service associate would be great. We use Redtail Technology as our CRM but any experience with Salesforce or a similar platform is preferred. A strong ability to adapt to a face-paced environment, learn new technology and provide exceptional customer service are necessary for this role.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
