Windsor is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Windsor Family at our Corporate Headquarters in the greater Los Angeles area. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and summarizing data in a fast- paced growing company. This includes putting together large quantities of data, analyzing it for trends, and communicating the results to non-financial professionals within the organization.

Job Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:

• Gather, compile, analyze, prepare, and summarize data for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting and projects.
• Analyze data to drive financial performance of the business.
• Participate in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide effective and timely financial information, thoughtful business insights/analytics and business performance evaluations to department heads.
• Provide decision support by financial modeling and financial management reporting.
• Develop templates and efficiencies to automate weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
• Support the Finance and Accounting team.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Highly skilled in MS Excel, comfortable using formulas and can quickly manipulate and analyze large volumes of data.
• Ability to build custom reports from raw data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Ability to interact independently and with management at all levels.
• Positive collaborator and independent worker
• Note this is not a remote position, requires a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, assurance, financial/strategic planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting
• Understanding of the retail industry a plus
