Job description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounts payable processing, as well as experience with SAP and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Applications Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and maintain organized records
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Utilize SAP and other accounting software to maintain financial records
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
• Prepare and analyze reports as needed
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Work experience and knowledge of accounts payable processing
• Past or current experience with SAP is preferred
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office Applications Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Chester, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
