_Yearly Base Salary Range: $88,500 to $129800
Work Model: Hybrid [3 days in office in Beach Wood, OH 2 days remote._

Job Summary: Our client is looking for project manager on the Projexts and Testing PMO. This position is responsible for managing significant global transformational, improvement and productivity projects as well as support of technology and communications platforms within the Global Financial Services & Systems function.

In this function you will:

• Manages projects for waterfall and agile projects using PROLaunch, the company's project management methodology.
• Analyze financial processes and works with business owners to develop documentation for global projects: business requirements, communication plans, implementation plans, project plans and risk/remediation plans for global projects.
• Effectively communicates with our internal customers and our global finance team to complete projects per agreed upon project timelines.
• Resolves project issues, including researching and recommending solutions for the design and development work on projects and processes.
• Communicates roles, and aligns/manages global GFSS and external resources, including GFSS customers, Database Administrators, onshore and offshore IT staff, and software vendors.
• Coordinates across disciplines and countries to establish standard systems and processes.
• Establishes and tracks metrics, and performs benchmarking, to improve the metrics processes.
• Champions PROLaunch and project scorecard measures while collaborating with other project managers to standardize and leverage best practices.
• Manages, improves, and champions innovation within our GFSS organization.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves issues within the various technology platforms in conjunction with internal and external resources.
• Maintains security and data integrity within the financial systems supported by the Global Financial Shared Services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Information Systems from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of varied accounting, information systems, finance, or shared services experience.
• 2 years of project experience.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar systems.
• Project management experience with financial systems.
• 5+ to 7-year experience in Project Management.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Willingness to Travel: Occasionally.
• Oracle or SAP Financial Systems experience.
• Experience in quality initiatives, value stream mapping, PL/SQL preferred.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft: Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA/CPA/CMA/PMP Preferred.
• 7 years of varied accounting, information systems, finance, or shared services experience.
• Strong accounting experience.
• Assertive leadership/motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Highly motivated/self-directed.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Collaboration skills with ability to work well as part of a team.
