We provide opportunities to work across our national network. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Finance & HR Manager to join our Nashville, TN team supporting the Nashville International Airport. Key Responsibilities: As a Finance and Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial and human resource operations for our dnata Catering. You will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing the human resource functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

- Manage financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure proper classification of transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide insights to local officials.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with local governmental regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits.
- Manage the human resource functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local governmental regulations.
- Manage the employee benefits program, including enrollment and administration of employee benefits.
- Provide guidance to employees on human resource issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide training and support to other staff members as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- At least five years of experience in accounting and human resources management.
- Familiarity with local governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, human resource information systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in ADP and iCIMS
