We provide opportunities to work across our national network. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Finance & HR Manager to join our Nashville, TN team supporting the Nashville International Airport. Key Responsibilities: As a Finance and Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial and human resource operations for our dnata Catering. You will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing the human resource functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

You Will:
  • Manage financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Oversee the general ledger and ensure proper classification of transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide insights to local officials.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Ensure compliance with local governmental regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits.
  • Manage the human resource functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local governmental regulations.
  • Manage the employee benefits program, including enrollment and administration of employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance to employees on human resource issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide training and support to other staff members as needed.
The salary for this position is $70,000.00 annual with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • At least five years of experience in accounting and human resources management.
  • Familiarity with local governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, human resource information systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in ADP and iCIMS
Intellectual/Social demands:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.

The essential functions of this position are performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment can range from minimal to loud.
