Job description
1st shift (M-F) 8hrs/day, 40 hrs/wk
Hybrid Schedule: Will be on-site 1-2 days per/week-Must be local to Philadelphia or Durham, NC
- Provide support for financial management and the accuracy of reporting monthly spend phasing and estimates across a matrix of Global teams’ operating budgets.
- Experience 2-5 years- Prepare, review, and analyze all Month End schedules/reports and provide detailed variance analysis and supporting commentary. Perform KPI analysis for line managers, and provide financial advice and support to non-financial customer groups. Liaise with external business partners to ensure the accuracy of the analysis. Undertake profit and loss/balance sheet analysis.
- Operationalize and/or Process Improve the Purchase Order reconciliation, accruals and reclass process.
- Support the implementation of consistent, simplified budget tracking reports across multiple teams and markets.
- Liaise with the Sr Systems Analysts, Finance Partners, and Budget owners to ensure the accuracy of the information and tracking of payments on contracts.

- Bachelor's degree - Business, Finance, or similar degree
- Experience in managing project and/or organization budgets

- Proven proactive, self-starter with the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving and dynamic environment

Education:
Bachelor's degree - Business, Finance, or related field
Experience:
- 2-5 years of Professional working experience with excel, SAP, Power BI, budgets, spreadsheets, forecasting, headcount, data manipulation, data reporting and reconciliation reporting.
- Looking for someone to assist w/ Process Improvements-help to automate our current systems, trackers, etc.
