Job description
Join in a new effort to establish the Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) software development and hosting environment for the National Defense Space Architecture (NDSA). The environment will enable software development capabilities to securely and rapidly field mission applications developed by participants in support of Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) objectives.
- Development and support of modern Battle Management Command, Control and Communications (BMC3) system
- Support to assess, test, onboard outside developed applications
- Permanently located at one of the Operation Centers during normal work hours
- Perform remote support of the operation centers
- Plan, execute testing, training, maintenance, operate ground hardware and support operators
- Trained and operate BMC3 Ground hardware
- Trained and perform testing of applications in constellation operations
- Trained and operate BMC3 applications
- Provide support during anomaly response
- Provide support for Ecosystem DevSecOps CI/CD from operation centers
- Travel between operation centers, as needed
Required Qualifications:
- BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
- Expertise in DevSecOps CI/CD paradigm, process, and applications
- Background with space domain, C2
- Experience with ground hardware testing, operations, and maintenance
- Familiarity with BMC3 applications
