INTERVIEWER
Do you have experience as a canvasser? Are you comfortable going door-to-door? The University of Michigan is looking for candidates in your area to work on the Health and Retirement Study (HRS) project.
For more than 20 years, the HRS has been a leading source for information on the health and economic circumstances of adults over age 50 in the United States. Field Interviewers will travel to a variety of neighborhoods to screen households for eligibility and complete an in-person interview.
Project Schedule:
April 2023 through March 2024
Hourly Wage:
$TBD (according to your location)
We offer $700 in bonuses ($400 after your first production interview and $300 after three months of successful production work)
Ideal candidates for this Field Interviewer position will:
- Be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Be able to work weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
- Attend training in Ypsilanti, Michigan at the end of April 2023
- Paid training, both online and in-person
- Coaching and mentoring to help you flourish
