ElectriCom is currently seeking a Field Operations Coordinator for our North Carolina office. The position is directly accountable for interpreting and processing field production to provide accurate, compliant, and timely reports to management. This individual must have analytical problem-solving skills, knowledge and experience in clerical data entry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive subcontractor production and enter into current software.
• Create, prepare, and finalize reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other documents.
• Examine reports each week and address inaccuracies, issues, and concerns.
• Support periodic audits and clean ups to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with new hire orientation when requested.
• Adhere to deadlines and expectations with the ability to “own” all aspects of this position.
• Communicate effectively with ElectriCom team members.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail, specifically related to data entry.
• Ability to listen to and follow directions.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

• 
  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with construction maps and mapping software (graphic interface/layered graphics experience and utility construction industry preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of data entry experience
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable meeting tight deadlines with little supervision
• Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal team members and third parties
