The Field Agent is our champion for ensuring that properties coming into marketing from the construction and renovation teams are “Great Homes” from a clean, safe and functional standpoint, as well as ensuring quality standards are met. The Field Agent will also be responsible for ensuring that homes currently in marketing continue to be “Tour Ready” at all times by completing bi-weekly inspections that include sparkle cleaning homes; you will also be assisting the Renovation and Construction teams by performing trash removal services for those assigned homes in the pre-construction phase. The Field Agent is also expected to complete occupancy checks on homes in eviction or suspected Unauthorized Occupants, homes with potential issues and/or any other concern related to a vacant home in Marketing. This role will be dedicated to the field on a daily basis.

  • Work directly with Field Agent Lead to ensure that all trash removal services on assigned pre-construction homes are completed in a safe and in timely fashion as to not hinder the construction timelines.
  • Complete Daily inspections of all trash removal equipment to include trailer, trailer connections to assigned fleet vehicle and hand trucks to ensure that they are in good repair and will always operate safely.
  • Document the entire rehab process with "before" and "after" photos.
  • “Owning” all Marketed homes to ensure quality, safety, functionality, and habitability standards are consistently met and maintained from Certification until Move-in “Owning” all Marketed homes to ensure quality, safety, functionality, and habitability standards are consistently met and maintained from Certification until Move-in
  • Manage post marketing certification process to ensure all homes are being held to company standards and to include, reviewing, documenting, resolving any quality, cleanliness, functionality, or safety issues found, and ensuring follow-up with Construction and Renovation teams if a home fails inspection, until all issues are deemed corrected and resolved
  • Complete bi-weekly vacant inspections on Marketed homes to ensure that properties are in “Tour Ready” condition at all times.
  • Complete sparkle cleans, and minor repairs as needed; hold Construction and Renovation to warranty issues; create Work Orders and monitor to completion
  • Assist with access issues with Rentlys or Rently Blues on marketed homes and/or rekeying homes as needed for scammer issues
  • Complete occupancy checks on homes with unknown occupants, eviction status, or scammers reported and determine if vacant or occupied by checking the homes and utilities thoroughly and reporting back to the appropriate parties timely. Assist with communications with Unauthorized Occupants and police as needed to aid in applying or vacating from an MSR home
  • Ensure all homes have appropriate marketing and fraud prevention materials throughout
  • Assisting Prospects at Marketed homes if encountered
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning and minor repair supplies in Company vehicle
  • Ability and willingness to learn all aspects of the Field Agent position, and continue to grow and develop to the next level within the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service to MS Renewal resident
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to have:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience and understanding of single-family homes preferred, including how to complete minor maintenance issues
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Possesses excellent communication and people skills, as well as self-motivated and organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word; as well as prospect and resident management systems preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,370.98 - $46,210.21 per year
