RoundAbout, Inc. is a FedEx Ground contractor operating out of the Olathe, KS terminal.

We are looking for safe, reliable, motivated hard-working delivery drivers for our routes in Overland Park, Stilwell, Belton, and Lees Summit. We offer flexible schedule options for both full-time, part-time, and weekend-only drivers.

We are especially interested in people who have been local drivers, route drivers, truck drivers, couriers, and other delivery drivers. If you have previously driven for UPS, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft, or food delivery services, that is a plus.

However, experience isn’t required. We will train safe, reliable candidates. No CDL required.

Training & Assessment Period (90-days)

· Trainees start at $19 per hour for the first 90-days. This includes our three-week driver Training & Safety Program, featuring classroom work, obstacle course, observed driving, on-the-road training and introduction route driving with one of our certified trainers.

· Upon completion of our Training & Safety Program, you will receive a Driver Certificate and be a safe and confident driver.

· During the three-week training period, Trainees receive weekly evaluations to help monitor progress.

After Completion of Training & Assessment Period

· Drivers are raised to $20 per hour, and typically work 40-45 hours per week.

· Drivers are eligible for our 100% company-paid wellness package, including health, vision, dental and Aflac supplemental insurance.

· Drivers receive two days of PTO that can be used immediately, plus another five days at 6-months, and 5 days of PTO at the 1-year anniversary.

· Peak Season Bonus based on volume delivered during our Peak Season (Thanksgiving – New Year).

· 401(k) program, with up to 4% company match, eligible after 6 months.

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license (Missouri license must be Class E)

· No moving violations in the previous 2 years

· Pass a criminal background check

· Pass a drug screen

· Reliable transportation to the Olathe, KS terminal (22525 W 167th St, Olathe, KS 66062)

Preferred

· One-year of driving experience in the last three years - Driving that was considered part of your job qualifies as driving experience

Schedules

All full-time drivers are scheduled for five (5) days, with two (2) consecutive days off. Each shift is scheduled for nine (9) hours. We expect that drivers will be delivering for eight (8) hours each day, with the additional hour to cover vehicle inspections and drive time to/from your delivery area. Drivers are also allowed two 15-minute breaks, on the clock, per shift.

Below are the current shifts we are hiring for:

· Thursday – Monday (Full-time, Tuesday & Wednesday off)

· Saturday – Wednesday (Full-time, Thursday & Friday off)

Shift bids are held quarterly (Jan, Apr, July & Oct) and are based on seniority. As drivers earn seniority, they can move to any available shifts below:

· Monday – Friday (Full-time, Saturday & Sunday off)

· Tuesday - Saturday (Full-time, Sunday & Monday off)

· Sunday - Thursday (Full-time, Friday & Saturday off)
