Job Description:
This role provides management and oversight of daily Family Support Services Department activities at the Primary Children’s Hospital Miller Campus. Incumbent will works in partnership with the leadership team at the Primary Children’s Miller Campus as well as coordinating strategy and programming with the Family Support Services management team at the Primary Children’s Hospital Salt Lake Campus to ensure the provision of optimal care, services and attainment of financial goals.Position Details:
This position will work at the new Primary Children’s Hospital Miller Campus. Shift for Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. As an exempt employee, their may be times where the job occasionally requires later/earlier responsibilities or weekend responsibilities. This position is not remote, but may have some (limited) work from home flexibility.
Minimum Requirements:
Three years of experience at the manager level with direct accountability for a large functional area.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide dynamic leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to integrate and align Family Support Services into the larger vision of a shared accountability organization.
Demonstrated financial management skills.
Computer skills in working with spreadsheets, word processing, email and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
