Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH), located in Blair, Nebraska, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB/C-Section to join our practice. Our dedicated medical staff serves the residents of Washington and Burt counties by providing primary care services at the Blair Clinic and walk-in clinic on our main campus, and through our outreach clinics in Tekamah and Fort Calhoun.

The MCH&HS Specialty Clinic hosts more than 30 physicians practicing in a wide range of specialties from Allergies and Asthma to Urology and Pulmonology. Surgical Services are offered in Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), and General Surgery. The practice currently has three family medicine physicians and three family medicine physician that also do OB & C-section, in addition to two Physician Assistants that have a patient panel.

There is a Walk-in clinic attached to the Blair clinic staffed by Advanced Practice Providers. The hospital uses Tele-hospitalists in the inpatient unit along with a Nurse Practitioner onsite that does inpatient and nursing home rounds for the physicians. Physicians have the option to see their own inpatients or hand over to the tele-hospitalists. We use EPIC as our Electronic Medical Record in the clinic and the hospital.

The providers work a four-day work week, take a 1:6 rotation for group call, and see anywhere from 15-25 patients a day in the clinic. The new physician can pull patients from the walk-in clinic to help establish a patient panel. Services Offered: Inpatient Medical/Surgical, Labor & Delivery, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Diabetes Management & Nutrition Counseling, Emergency Department, Oncology with Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Therapy Services, Occupational Health, Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab, Surgical Services, Therapy Services including Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy and Senior Life Solutions that offers Behavior Health services. Blair Community: The City of Blair, located in Washington county, is located in eastern Nebraska on the Missouri River, approximately 20 miles north of the metropolitan Omaha area, and 30 minutes from Omaha’s Eppley airfield.
