JOB Details

JOB TITTLE: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Work Schedule : Shall work Twelve (12) hours per shift, seven (7) days per week, Monday to Sunday including Holidays. The work shifts will be 8 am – 8 pm, 10 am – 10 pm, and 1 pm – 1 am. The total work shifts hours will range from 80 hours – 84 hours biweekly.

Qualification Requirements

Experience: Shall have completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program with a minimum of six months experience in the specialty.

Certification/License/mandatory

• Shall possess a current, valid, unrestricted appropriate license in any state.
• Shall maintain a valid, current, full and unrestricted DEA license with schedule types II through V and maintain certification throughout the term.
• Shall maintain a valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

• Three (3) current references with active telephone numbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57.00 - $70.00 per hour
