We are seeking a dependable leader for our customer's facility in Columbia, MO. The ideal Facility Manager will work alongside a small cleaning crew. Must be able to work well with others while leading and mentoring team.

Position: Facility Manager, full time + on call

Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Plus on call

$15.00 an hour

Requirements:

• Candidate MUST undergo a criminal background
• Candidate MUST be able to work well with small cleaning crew/team
• Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
• Previous supervisor experience highly preferred

Job Duties:

Supervise/Lead small cleaning crew. Work alongside team.

Clean and disinfect/sanitize office and warehouse

Sweep & mop floors

Dust and polish

Scrub and wipe down

Other duties that may be assigned, when needed
