We are currently looking for an exempt full-time, 40 hours a week Facility Clinical Supervisor at Juniper Ridge Secure Residential Treatment Facility in John Day, Oregon. Juniper Ridge is a 10-bed facility in John Day, Oregon. Home to the majestic Painted Hills, Grant County is an oasis for the outdoor enthusiast. This exciting position will be responsible for supervising five Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHA) and will have a caseload of 13 clients. This position will participate in a generously paid-on-call rotation.
Qualifications for this exciting position include:
- Knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and addictions and principles of counseling.
- A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services-related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in the delivery of clinical services and two out of five years in delivering clinical services must be post-graduate.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Certified Mental Health Investigator certification.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Certified Services Investigator.
- A valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Experience working in a residential setting that provides services to individuals with a mental illness is preferred.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination or approved religious or medical exemption upon hire.
The entry-level annual salary of $59,900, but depending on experience it could be more, up to $89,900.
