Pay: $18.00 - $24.00-Commensurate on experience
Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a hard-working, dependable Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our Maintenance team. In this role, your main task is to assist with maintenance around the property, ensuring our building remains safe and functional. You will be asked to perform basic repairs on our Plumbing and Electrical systems, so we are looking for someone with some experience in these areas. You will also be task with carpentry, painting, adjusting doors, deep cleaning, and overall building upkeep.
Facilities Maintenance Worker Duties and Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspections to identify possible issues (Doors, Stairwells, Exterior lighting)
Inspect and repair plumbing issues throughout the facility
Replace lighting fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs throughout facility
Painting and repairing drywall as needed
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
