Job description
Lone Star Bakery, Inc is a growing, family-owned business looking for Fabrication Technicians to ensure all aspects of the fabrication process are properly executed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs tasks using hand tools, power tools, torches, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Assists in the build-out and modification of large manufacturing equipment and complex projects.
- Performs maintenance on shop and production floor equipment.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Proficient in complex welding procedures and proficient in using oxy/acetylene and plasma torches
- Proficient in fabrication layout
- Basic electrical and rigging of equipment experience
- Ability to read measurement devices and to follow instructions
- Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required
