Description: This role is for the F-16 Co-Production program as a material integrator on-site in Mielec, Poland. This role will require travel 25% of the time to other Co-Production locations for the first year and half, primarily Greece.

General Support Tasking
  • Analyze Co-Producer schedules
  • Develop tools to support Co-Producer performance metrics
  • Support Daily Stand-up meetings
  • Co-Manage daily production constraint in partnership with Co-Producer
Material Availability/Part Shortages
  • Mismatch Issues
  • Co-Producer shows short, and LM doesn’t (vice-versa)
  • New engineering break in changes.
  • Missing requirements LM FW
  • Late entry into IMR
  • Purchase Order placement monitoring
  • Coordination with DSV to convey urgency for delivery
  • Monitoring Delivery to HAI/PZL
  • Coordination with International Production Control Team LM FW
  • Planned requirements shipments
  • Shortage Adjudication between sites
  • Accommodation Sale support for requested BFE/Chemicals
  • Sit in on BFM Working Group – Escalation Meetings
  • Re-Transfer License interface for shipping / triangle team coordination
Un-Planned Material Shortages/SQARs
  • IMR Submission Monitoring/Rejections
  • SQAR Disposition Review
  • Replacement Tracking
  • RTV Priority
  • Scrap Approval
  • Low Dollar Scrap/Lost in Shop Approval
  • Snap-Out tracking until completion/RTV/Rework
QADS SQAR Priority
  • Applying the proper priority to SQARs in QADS
Tool Tracking
  • Tracking Shipments – includes PI Master Gage sharing matrix (FW POC schedule)
  • Monitor Shipping Container allotment – distribution matrix
  • Inventory of the Tools w/ accommodation sales (as required) for shortage / SQAR
Chemical/Consumable Support

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Experience with Production Control, logistics, supply chain management and/or shop floor experience
  • Technical experience, proficiency data manipulation and/or metric creation.
  • Complex problem-solving experience
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with: SAP, Rapid Response, Business Object, SFM, QADs, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of lean material flow concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of leadership
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-domain team
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Shop Floor experience
  • Experience with production schedules and work plans.
  • Experience identifying process gaps and implementing solutions
  • Familiarity with production control, warehouse and shipping operations
