Your Role:

As a Sales Representative/Deck Designer, you'll be joining one of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest and the number one deck builder in Michigan. We're looking for hardworking, experienced salespeople eager to take their success to the next level. We provide appointments, incentives for self-generated leads, and a high commission plan that outshines other competitors.

Your Day-to-Day:

In your day-to-day activities as a Deck Designer, you'll meet with customers in their homes, and as an expert in our services, guide them towards their dream deck goals. You'll use your strong communication skills to understand their needs, explain our innovative decking solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to design and beyond. At Green Shield Deck Builders, you'll be training with other representatives and reporting directly to the Sales Director. We love our top performers and appreciate their punctuality, reliability, willingness to learn and ask questions, and their ability to take direction well and help motivate others. What We Ask:

Imagine the opportunity to earn between $100,000 and $250,000 per year. To be considered for this role, you'll need reliable transportation, a willingness to learn, strong active listening skills, high integrity, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record. Additionally, you'll need to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

While we welcome candidates from various industries, we prefer applicants with 3-5 years of in-home sales experience and/or a residential real estate background. Experience in windows/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries would be a bonus. If you have construction and remodeling knowledge, are detail-oriented, focused, and a team player, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
