Experienced Customer Service Agent:

The UMV Customer Service Agent is upbeat, enthusiastic, equipped with a positive attitude, providing fast and efficient service to our clients, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. You must be motivated and skilled in sales, data entry, cash handling, and computer competencies.

Job-Specific Experience and Skills:

· Two years of providing exceptional customer service

· A problem solver, trusted advocate and partner for our clients

· A professional in appearance, communications, and service

· Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, & listening)

· Knowledge of Sales and Service Techniques to aid in establishing and meeting personal and company goals

· Data Entry with exceptional accuracy

· Cash Handling experience with outstanding balancing history

· Working knowledge of MS Windows and Office Products

· Maintain appearance of work area and customer contact areas to present a neat, orderly, and safe environment

· Type a minimum of 40 WPM

· Valid Alaska Driver's License or ID, with a clean driving history

· Excellent attendance and punctuality record

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Able to pass Background and Reference Checks

· Minimum age 18 Years

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, performance-based bonus, and sales incentive.

· Customer Service Agent positions are tiered with opportunities for advancement & promotional pay increases

· Monthly Sale-Based Incentives

· Potential Performance Bonuses (twice per year)

· Hourly Pay: $18 to $20 Depending on Experience

Benefits:

· Paid time off (2 Weeks annually)

· Paid holidays (7 per year) with extended weekends for Memorial Day and Labor Day after 60 days of employment.

· Health/vision insurance (UMV pays 75% of employee only premium) after 60 days of employment.

· 401K (4% match) after one year of employment

Hours and Locations:

· Monday – Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

· Schedules are 8 hours daily, 5 days per week, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

· We have branches in Anchorage, Wasilla and Fairbanks.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
