The Morgan seeks an Exhibition Coordinator to assist in the planning, project development, and production of the Morgan's robust exhibition program. In partnership with the Director of Exhibition and Collections Management, the coordinator formulates and maintains exhibition production schedules, monitors related deadlines, schedules project meetings, develops and tracks budgets, and manages the planning and production process of exhibition related graphics and didactics. They ensure all inter-departmental communications are clear and timely and keep the Directo r of Exhibition and Collection Management informed of any issues or changes in project scope. This role works closely with key stakeholders across the Museum including curatorial, publications, facilities, and other colleagues inside and outside the Museum. The Exhibition Coordinator may have the opportunity to manage assigned exhibitions based on level of experience.
