Elite Forces is looking for a detail-oriented personal assistant to help with day-to-day duties and long-term planning. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent multi-tasking skills, who can work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Help with daily time management
• Run errands as requested
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
• Chinese Speakers welcomed

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
• Active listening and good communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Bachelors Degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
