THE ROLE: We are currently seeking an extremely accomplished Executive Director of Enterprise Sales. This position will be integral in expanding our already extensive industry footprint with new anchor accounts. This is a role for those that have an established reputation and a track record for having an established extensive book of business. This role will work directly with the organizations CRO to understand how to identify new opportunities to grow our industry leading service offerings.
This role has a competitive base pay along with a NO CAP bonus incentive!

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of account management experience (Farmer of accounts)
  • Highly proficient user of CRM platforms & New Business Development Research tools such as ZoomInfo & LinkedIn Enterprise.
  • Pricing & Yield optimization experience
  • Enterprise Account experience (Fortune 500 preferred)
  • Established customer contacts in intermediate services.
  • Established relationships in Executive Suite (Fortune 500 preferred)
  • Proven track record in new account acquisition
  • Managed a $80M+ in Specialized Full Truckload Transportation Sales portfolio
  • Attention to detail & a sense of urgency for customer concern
  • Broad functional experience in:
1) Results oriented environment
2) Relationship building
3) New customer attraction
4) Revenue expansion
5) Competitive market analysis & pricing
6) Customer KPI performance
7) Technology Driven Tools expertise
8) Executive leadership experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for new client development
  • Structure sales processes for mapping and departmental structure
  • Review and analysis of competitive market landscape
  • Coordination and execution of account pricing strategies with Yield Management Department & C-Suite Executives
  • Identify new areas of impact for revenue and growth
  • Develop Sales and strategies with understanding of multimodal transportation offerings
  • Cultivate new relationships with key Fortune 500 executives
  • Report directly to the Vice Chairman (CRO) on performance and sales maximization initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Expertise in Truckload Transportation/Logistics Sales
  • Expertise and proven track record in National Supply Chain, Transportation or Logistics revenue optimization and expansion
  • Expertise as a superior relationship builder

HIGHLY BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics or supply chain
  • Fortune 500 Truckload Transportation experience
