Executive Director

Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA) seeks an experienced, innovative, and dynamic professional for the position of Executive Director to lead affordable housing initiatives, projects, and programs.

PHA administers 273 low-income public housing units. PHA’s Executive Director guides an organization of approximately 10 staff members and a $3.5 million dollar budget. The position establishes and communicates PHA’s strategic vision, leads the development of division objectives and strategies, leads key Authority initiatives, oversees financial and resource acquisition efforts, monitors and maintains effective and efficient organization operations, maintains a productive inclusive work culture, and represents the organization before the public, government entities, and other parties. The Executive

Director also serves as Secretary to the PHA Board of Commissioners, a city government-appointed body to whom the Director reports.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary is $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
