Tavern in the Square West Hartford; proudly independent, proudly local to be, and powerfully tied to community, an evolution of the classic neighborhood restaurant, is in search of an experienced Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager for its newest and first location in the Connecticut market.

Managed by Broadway Hospitality Group, we are excited to announce the opening of our 11th Tavern branded location while also managing the following independents models as: The Broadway South Boston, The Playwright, The Mercantile and The Derby in Salem.

Seeking TOP CHEFS to run curated scratch kitchens, and forge raw talent into our future leaders.

AORs

Recruitment, hiring/team development, training, scheduling, labor control.

Execution to company specs, integrity in all culinary details, continuous CQI.

Purchasing, Inventory-cost controls, product organization/usage, team/food/facility safety.

Guest focused, partner to GM, support relationship with FOH management, leader to crew.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
