Title: Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Supervises: N/A

Creation Date: 07/15/2020

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Department:

Location: Denver, CO (Office-based)

Salary: $60k-$70k

Position Mission: The mission of the Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator is to support the CEO to achieve the companys strategic goals. This person should embody the company Mission and Core Values to deliver Top Quartile Operations in a Profitable manner

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with CEO schedule
  • Support Executive Team on ad hoc meetings and projects
  • Prepare and manage status reports
  • Work closely with CEO on execution of action plans and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain schedules for deliverables
  • Follow up and maintain relations with partners and vendors
  • Prep for meetings
  • Take diligent notes during meetings and be able to debrief afterwards and identify action items
  • Maintain organizational alignment and clarity
  • Proctor meetings and keep team on track
  • Support CEO in various administrative tasks, duties, and errands

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to operate under minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong technology knowledge and abilities, including the usage of Microsoft Office (Apple preferred)
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to handle feedback
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Strong work ethic, including long hours and weekends as needed
  • Strong resolve in the face of resistance or obstacles.
  • Team player/Collaborative.
  • Flexibility to adapt schedule
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality regarding meetings and discussions
  • Excellent evaluation skills; ability to learn quickly

Education/Training/Experience:

Required: Bachelors degree from accredited 4-year university
