QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work directly with founding Attorney and Legal Team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player and committed to excellence
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment, Self-Motivated, Reliable and Responsible
• English and Spanish Fluency required.
• Experience with Immigration Law Firms required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced online skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with clients and prepare/request documents
• Prepare supporting documents and USCIS Forms
• Conduct Immigration-related research
• Oversee and monitor status of the cases/client expiration dates
• Other duties as assigned including case assembly.
