Responsibilities:
The Americas Marketing Organization is one of four regional marketing teams within the Keysight Global Marketing Organization. AMO’s objectives are to:

1. Enable demand generation and pipeline acceleration through the design and execution of integrated multi-faceted multi-GTM channel regional programs and events
2. Define and build a regional ABM program that applies demand generation programs and messaging to either a single account or segment basis to accelerate growth in target accounts*
3. Drive growth from existing customer/disty base through channel, customer retention, and renewal programs
4. Accelerate operational excellence by defining, tracking, and interpreting Key Performance Indicators

This role sits within the Events and Experiences functional group whose charter is to enable a memorable customer experience through the flawless planning, management and execution of events and experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement the event marketing plan and manage the execution of the event plans (digital/hybrid/live) as aligned to end-to-end campaign strategies to support business and revenue objectives
  • End-to-end event execution as part of a multi-touch, integrated path to proficiency, surrounded with associated digital activities to drive increased and deeper client engagement
  • As overall event lead, build a strong team of key stakeholders and work stream leads for each event, and manage and collaborate with key stakeholders and sales teams for event messaging/branding, content, curriculum, sessions and speakers
  • Manage sponsorship, show floor expo and agency relationship(s), ensuring implementation and execution of end-to-end event strategy and plan with highest of standards and as per event brand experience guidelines, maximizing the return on marketing investment
  • Manage and oversee vendor and agency execution.
  • Responsible for budget management and audit readiness
  • Collaborate on building strong communication plans for internal and external audiences and ensure event specific response lead management plan is implemented
  • Apply analytics and insights to better understand attendees, their behaviors/interests and improve engagement, driving the continual optimization of future events, strategies and plans
  • Adhere to corporate guidance around event marketing tools, process, metrics, reporting, optimization, experiences, community, education, best practices and agency relations
  • Accountable to drive attendance and conversion of prospects through exceptional client centric experiences
  • Success is tracked by the following Key Performance Indicators: event registrations, attendance, responses, lead management, revenue and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 8 -10 years' experience in event/experiential marketing and event management
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional event marketing programs
  • Experience working with broad groups of stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Experience managing multiple projects and navigating competing priorities and goals
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in event platform tools: Eloqua, Certain/BigMarker (digital registration), SharePoint, Adobe etc.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.


Colorado pay range: $103,650 - $172,740

California pay range: $111,940 - $204,700

New York pay range: $122,820 - $204,700

Washington state pay range: $111,940 - $186,570

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
