Job Description

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Producer to assist in planning, managing and executing Procore’s annual construction innovation conference, Groundbreak.

Groundbreak is a complex industry conference — in addition to the primary conference, additional smaller events and activations are executed to further support and amplify Groundbreak. These smaller surrounding events include receptions/happy hours, an executive dinner, an executive-only mini-conference (Executive Forum), hands-on technology workshops, summits, and more. This role will be responsible for managing the strategy, execution and success of these activations, in addition to helping execute breakout sessions during Groundbreak. Successful candidates have strong event marketing knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for organization and processes that will contribute to the success of our programs.

This position reports into the Director of Event Marketing and can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately!

What you’ll do:

• Develop the strategy and effectively manage executive-level events as a part of Groundbreak, including our annual Executive Forum and Chairman’s Dinner; develop the strategy and effectively manage happy hours surrounding the Groundbreak conference
• Oversee the execution of defining breakout session locations, duration, and length as well as ensuring rooms are outfitted with proper A/V equipment
• Play a management and execution role on Groundbreak’s key surrounding events: Partner Summit, Workshops and Investor Day
• Ensure programs are accurately marketed and messaged on the Groundbreak website and mobile app
• Verify that all assets, branding, timeline, and staffing needs are met for various activations and events
• Adhere to and manage the budget pertaining to programs under your management
• Identify and report on measures of success for each program
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors for programs under your management
• Collaborate with stakeholders managing Groundbreak Live (the virtual event component) to ensure smooth production for all live-streamed and on-demand breakout sessions
• Manage and execute a best-in-class speaker experience during Groundbreak

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in event production
• Effective communication across multiple channels with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions
• Possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Passion for new technology, improving the lives of those in the construction industry, and event marketing
• Certified Meeting Professional Certification is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $88,000-$121,000. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
