Job Summary and Opportunity:
Working in a team environment the Marketing Coordinator with Axos Commercial Bank will be a contributory member of the event marketing team, supporting various projects, processes, and administrative tasks. The Marketing Coordinator will communicate with vendors, maintain an inventory of event supplies and promotional items, assist with expenses, and other tasks that support the event marketing and production process. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the production of webinars and digital events. This role will communicate directly with the commercial businesses, and strategize alongside them.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the liaison with shared services and be the logistical support for the coordination of marketing webinars, including individual programs and series. This involves:
    • Strategize and collaborate across internal stakeholders to create content, plan presentations, market webinars, and provide an elevated client experience to attendees
    • Communicate and coordinate with presenters and guest speakers
    • Establishing goals and KPIs, and providing tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Support the events team in establishing, executing, and evaluating a marketing strategy and assisting with event management
  • Become an adept user of marketing technology platforms to manage, track, and report on marketing data
  • Marketing calendar management
  • Vendor and expense management
  • Inventory management
  • Event logistical support and coordination
  • Market, trends, client and competitive research and analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' producing or coordinating events
  • Must be able to commute to La Jolla / San Diego office
  • Frequently moves boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 40 lbs
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

A targeted annual base salary of USD $64,480/Yr. - USD $65,000/Yr, based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 10%.
