RESPONSIBILITIES
Deep understanding of the Financials Cloud applications with a focus on Fixed Assets and Project Accounting, configuration considerations, security model and business processes that drive these components
Working extensively on Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules like Oracle Fusion Project Costing, Fusion Project Performance Reporting, Fusion Project Controls, Fusion Project Integration Gateway
Partner with the business to understand their processes and challenges and provide solutions that address their pain points and align with the Inspire model
Work collaboratively with peers in IT and the business to provide the best solution options that fit within the Inspire framework and strategic direction
Work with Oracle Support to address software issues that are encountered within the application, as well as with other 3rd party partners Oracle integrates with
Strong working knowledge of the Cloud ERP reporting tools, SQL, , integration cloud service and BI Publisher
Provide excellent customer service by exhibiting strong communication skills, ownership, accountability and expedient response to inquiries
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related area
Preferred: PMP Certification or some level of training on Project Management Principles
6-10 years Implementing and supporting Oracle financial applications, preferably in a retail environment
2 full lifecycles of implementing Oracle Financial Cloud
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Troubleshooting and analytical problem solving abilities
Ability to multi-task effectively
Likes to accept new challenges and learn new things
Self-starter that can work independently to achieve results
Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, excellent attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials SaaS Applications
Strong knowledge of best practice SaaS implementation and support methodology
Knowledge of ADFDI and FBDI Spreadsheets
Has fair knowledge of integration between Oracle SaaS and OIC
Knowledge of BIP Reports, OTBI Reports
Ability to run advanced queries using tools such as Toad, as well as a basic understanding of Oracle table structures and data models
Knowledge of

Oracle Web Services (REST/ SOAP)
PL/SQL
Shell Scripts
Experience working with decentralized teams, vendors and offshore development teams.
Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful situations
