POSITION SUMMARY
The Equipment Specialist responsibilities include maintenance and repairing of machines, testing and calibrating machine parts and further repairing or replacing them accordingly.

Key Accountabilities

• Check blueprints and manuals of equipment to detect problems and correct them accordingly.
• Responsible of training equipment using staff about the technicalities and minor necessities of the machine.
• Maintain knowledge about Company equipment both technical and functional characteristics.
• Receive reviews from staff about drawbacks while using the equipment and make necessary changes if possible.
• Prepare and maintain reports on various issues that have occurred or been resolved.
• Perform all other job duties assigned.

• Managing own safety and health, and that of their fellow workers by following established HSE rules.
• Delivers as promised, to all customers -internal and external- with the greatest efficiency.
• Assists and works well with others to accomplish goals and maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.

• Able to solve problems using logic, judgment and data to determine effective solution
• Provides technical support that allows for the day-to-day operation of the business, and the servicing of its clients. Maintains current knowledge in field of expertise.

Language Comprehension

Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employees to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English.

Minimum Required Education

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. - Preferred

Minimum Required Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years - Required
