ENVIORNMENTAL SPECIALIST - PETROLEUM STORAGE TANKS

CEDARVILLE Engineering Group (CEG) is a design and construction firm serving public sector clients. We are seeking professionals with experience working with petroleum storage tank (USTs & ASTs) compliance programs. The projects are primarily located at Dept. of Defense installations in the southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.

Job description

CEG holds contracts with the federal government to support DOD efforts for petroleum storage tank compliance programs. This involves removals, installations, inspections, and repairs for underground and above ground storage tanks of various sizes. We work in many different locations so a willingness to travel is important. Also, you must be able to pass security clearance requirements to work at a DOD facility.

We are hiring staff who have hands-on experience working in the field on tank projects. We welcome experience as a contractor installing or removing tanks, conducting environmental sampling related to regulatory compliance programs, tank inspection and compliance expereince, or other skills that are relevant to storage tank compliance. Report writing and document preparation are also welcome skills, but we need professionals to do fieldwork. Certifications and credentials (installer, removals, API, P.G, P.E.) are highly desirable.

Location

CEG maintains offices in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, Arlington, Virginia, and Pensacola, Florida. We have served client sites along the eastern seaboard, Gulf Coast states, and in the Caribbean. Given the fact that this role will involve travel to client locations, we are open to candidates who will be located in one of our current office locations and will also consider remote-based workers.

This is to say that we are able to offer support in many different forms to the individuals who will perform the Storage Tank Specialist role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
