Environmental Project Manager to join our well-established team of

Environmental Consulting professionals for projects in the New Jersey/New York Metropolitan area. This position will

initially be assigned to a 12-month project in Kings Point, NY and daily travel to the job site will be required.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

 Developing, administering, and directing all program areas for the protection of the environment by the

prevention, control, and abatement of pollution generated from vessels and facilities.

 Performing surveys, inspections, and evaluations in the areas of industrial hygiene, waste management,

pollution control, fire prevention, and environmental management systems.

 Evaluating hazardous conditions affecting health, working, and living conditions, and determining need for

coordination and consultation with specialists in complex fields.

 Preparing environmental permits and other documentation for presentation to local, state, and federal agencies.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline

 7-10 years of experience in the areas of environmental investigation and remediation

 Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects.

 Strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills.

 Knowledge of environmental concept, principles, and practices applicable to the full range of duties sufficient

to ensure the implementation, management, and control of assigned environmental protection program.

 Knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act sufficient to ensure agency compliance with the

provisions of the Act.

 Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety laws, regulations, practices, and procedures as applicable to industrial processes sufficient to develop procedures, approaches, and methods governing environmental operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $49,913.42 - $130,758.73 per year
