Job description

Nexeo HR is looking for a detail-orientated and self-driven individual in the Salt Lake area for an Entry-Level Provisioning Specialist position. This candidate will be responsible for working with customers to ensure their accounts are being accurately taken care of. 1-3 years of experience in Active Directory is required, and 1 year of experience with Mainframe is preferred. Starting pay for this position is $18-20/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on user accounts including: creating, deleting, disabling, enabling, unlocking, and modifying them
• Follow company policies to ensure accounts are being accurately taken care of
• Interact with customers and ensure that their needs are being met
• Work with team managers to look for ways to improve and simplify processes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in AD (Active Directory) is required
• 1 year of experience with Mainframe is preferred
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay
$18-$20 per hour

Schedule
Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
