What you will do:
You will be working in our Des Moines Soybean Processing Facility with a primary focus on housekeeping, working up to helping to prepare railcars for loading with animal feed.
You can also expect to:
· Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers and locomotives
· Utilize computerized systems to operate processing equipment
· Assist with the unloading of operating supplies and raw materials
· Assist operations personnel, maintenance personnel and supervisors as needed

What Hours Would I be Working?
Initially starting on a M-F dayshift schedule, you will eventually be expected to help cover 24-7 operations by working on one of our 4 rotating shift schedules (7 to 3, 3 to 11, 11 to 7 or Swing Shift). These schedules follow a 7 week repeating schedule, with different days off each week. Shift preference goes by seniority.
ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment drug screen, medical/respirator questionnaire and a background check.
