Job Summary: General laborers are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day mill operations within a heavy manufacturing setting. Persons in these capacities may be responsible for operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
Hourly rates starting at $19.68/hr.
Earn an additional week of paid vacation every year for the first three years, for a total of three weeks of paid vacation after three years. Earn additional vacation days for working overtime.

Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from an accredited school.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays, weekends, rotating shifts and overtime.
- Employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check and physical examination, including drug and alcohol screenings.
- No experience necessary.
Preferred Requirements:
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
