Longwood Gardens seeks a full-time Enterprise Systems and Cloud Administrator to join our Information Technology department. Responsibilities include:
- Designing, installing, administering, and optimizing host servers, storage, virtual servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Managing data protection and disaster recovery plan
- Monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance
- Coordinating and collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure enterprise infrastructure availability, reliability, and scalability to meet business needs.
- Managing private, public, and hybrid cloud environments
- Managing on-premise Active Directory Domain, on-premise Exchange Server, Microsoft 365/Azure Active Directory environment, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft on-premise and cloud infrastructure
- Assisting the maintenance of secure operations of all systems
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing server infrastructure, virtual infrastructure, and cloud-hosted environments
- VMware Certificate
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Server technologies managed on-premise and in cloud environments.
- Proven project planning and management experience with business requirements gathering and use case analysis
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- This position requires occasional evening and weekend coverage.
