Job description
High school Algebra tutor
Algebra tutor will help high school population with Algebra to assist with passing end of course exams. Bilingual Spanish speaking tutor is preferred.
Tutor will re-teach skills (Algebra) students have issues with.
Review materials beforehand and plan how to teach the content in an engaging & effective way.
Tracking student data so you can assess how your students are growing & learning throughout their time with you.
Supporting Teacher's providing similar instruction.
Serving as a mentor & role model for your students by building strong relationships with them, helping them better connect with their learning.
Monday - Thursday, 2 hours daily/ up to 8 hours weekly (2:00 to 4:00 PM)
Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
Some Saturday's may be required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
